If you’re new to Navi Mumbai geography, Ghansoli sits on the central spine — between Airoli (south) and Kopar Khairane / Vashi axis. It’s an established, IT-led node with:

- Thane–Belapur Road — 5 minutes; the spine of corporate Navi Mumbai
- Reliance Corporate Park, MIDC IT zone — within Ghansoli; strong employer cluster
- Upcoming Navi Mumbai Metro corridor — Phase 2 planning includes Ghansoli access
- Mumbai–Pune Expressway — 15 minutes for weekend travel

Upper Ghansoli specifically is the less-dense, greener pocket above the main residential cluster — better cross-ventilation, lower density per acre, and direct access to the Thane–Belapur arterial.

- MahaRERA registration of the project itself — separate from our channel-partner registration. Verify on
maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. - Possession date in the agreement to sell — written, not verbal.
- Carpet area in the agreement — must match the floor plan you visited.
- Floor-rise pricing ladder — the headline price is the lowest floor. Ask for the full ladder.
- CIDCO clearances — Navi Mumbai is a CIDCO-planned zone; some projects sit on 60-year CIDCO leases. Verify.
- Sample flat — if available, walk through. The carpet number on paper has a very different feel in person.
