What cookies are
Cookies and similar local storage are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser. We use them sparingly — to make the site work and, only with your consent, to understand aggregate usage so we can improve it.
Categories we use
Essential — always on; needed for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice (no tracking). Analytics — optional; aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Marketing — optional; measuring the effectiveness of our property campaigns via Meta Pixel.
Consent first (DPDP-aware)
Nothing in the Analytics or Marketing categories loads until you choose “Accept all” or enable it under “Manage preferences”. If you choose “Reject non-essential”, only essential cookies are used and no analytics or marketing scripts are loaded at all. This reflects the consent-first approach of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
Change or withdraw consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops further non-essential cookies from being set; you can also clear cookies/site data in your browser settings.
What we may record
With analytics consent we may log non-identifying interaction data: timestamp, page URL, referrer, UTM campaign, device type, browser, approximate location (country/city, if your network reveals it), your consent choice, WhatsApp/contact clicks and enquiry submissions. We do NOT collect passwords, Aadhaar, PAN, exact GPS, or run hidden device fingerprinting, and we do not sell data.
Third-party services
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity. Marketing: Meta Pixel. Communication: WhatsApp (when you choose to message us). These run under their own privacy terms; we enable them only for the consent categories you allow.
WhatsApp & enquiry forms
Messaging us on WhatsApp or submitting an enquiry/callback form is your choice and is covered by our Privacy Policy. Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to our own Google Workspace (Apps Script → a private Google Sheet) and used only to respond to your enquiry.

If we materially change how we use cookies we will update this page and re-request consent. Last updated: May 2026.
