Who we are
Key2YourHome is a MahaRERA registered real estate channel partner (registration A51700021370) operating across Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or an enquiry/callback form, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, and your property requirement (city, budget, configuration, timeline). We do not run user accounts and do not collect payment information on this website.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, share matching verified property options, coordinate site visits, and follow up about your property search. We may note your enquiry in an internal record so our team can assist you consistently.
How forms are processed
This is a static website with no database. Enquiry/callback forms are transmitted over HTTPS to our own Google Workspace (a Google Apps Script endpoint that records them in a private Google Sheet and notifies sales@key2yourhome.net). Your submission is used only to contact you about your enquiry.
WhatsApp & calls
When you message or call us, your communication is handled on the respective platform (e.g. WhatsApp) under that platform’s own privacy terms, and by our team to assist your enquiry.
Cookies, analytics & consent
Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies load only after you consent via our cookie banner. If you reject non-essential cookies, no analytics or marketing scripts run. With consent we record non-identifying interaction data (page, referrer, UTM, device, browser, approximate location, WhatsApp/form events) to improve the site and understand lead sources.
